Please who had his or her amazon ses account approved and working i tried for several times it not approving any help or guide line in creating and setting it up so that it gets approved?

Webflow doesn’t provide any email or DNS services.
To add email to your custom domain, you’d need to configure your DNS according to Amazon’s instructions. You will not find much here since that’s completely unrelated to your website.
I’d start with their docs, and then look to Amazon forums for this.
