Anyone know about creating a website with upvoting/downvoting capabilities?

i built this site with webflow: http://selfpubweekly.com/ and have been toying around in my mind with implementing some kind of upvoting/downvoting system. i have no idea where to start to add something like this and whether it is even possible in webflow? can anyone point me in the right direction? and let me know if it isn’t possible in webflow as that would be a dealbreaker for me to implement it anyway. thanks!

Also curious to know if this is possible to do in webflow (with or without some custom code). Specifically looking to add some upvoting capabilities that would also move that item up the list as well. Anyone?
