Add to cart error : unknown cause


A customer of mine just reached out to let me know that they received the error message when they tried adding a product to their cart. It seems to work on my end, so I have no idea what the problem may be. This isn’t the first time an error like this has been reported. Can someone please look at my site and see if there is something I have wrong? Also, is there any way to automatically send me a notification anytime the error message is displayed for a customer?
