Weirdness with font-sizes

Hi

I’ve got two different parts of my website with the exact same font settings yet, one is displaying much smaller in my chrome mobile browser than the other. Here’s a quick video showing the issue:

Afaict, the font settings are identical. Any help would be much appreciated, thank you.
