Webflow Product Page Variants

I know how to make product variants—small, medium, large, etc. The problem is in the page variants. I’d like to have certain products have a more in depth page, listing more features, having add’l sections, etc. And other products have a more simple, to the point Product Page. But I can’t figure out how to do it!

Seriously struggling with this, but maybe the functionality isn’t there (which would seriously surprise me!)

Try assigning Categories to those products requiring a more in-depth page and use Conditional Visibility on the product template page to show/hide content for the specified Category.
