Adding Products to website. Plz help lol

Hi! I am very new to webflow and so I feel like I’m missing something obvious but I’ve been searching for hours on tutorials and haven’t found anything. Right now I’ve gotten to the point where I want to add specific products and categories onto my site. I created a product page template but I dont understand how to add a single product or a collection into a a page. I tried the collection list but I dont know how to link that to the specific page for the product. Also I can only choose one collection. Lastly if anyone knows how to add one specific product item to a page that would be a great help as well.
