Webflow form exported not working - Oops! Something went wrong while submitting the form

Hello I am trying to follow the guide on how to use forms of webflow once exported by using the native form by setting up the action and method within webflow to that of the one in mailchimp, also ensuring the fields are mapped exactly however I get this error.

Oops! Something went wrong while submitting the form.

I am not using webflow hosting but I have an active siteplan.

Can anyone help please?

Make sure to name each of your from fields in CAPITAL letters, I had this problem and it solved it.!
