Webflow Designer becomes wonky and unresponsive

Hi. I have a peculiar problem. When I work in the Designer the designer screen and tools suddenly slide out of view and I am unable to do anything in the Designer anymore. Refreshing the page helps for like 5 minutes and then it happens again. I tried rebooting my macbook multiple times but it keeps happening.

Hmmm, that’s definitely a strange bug.

If you haven’t already, I’d recommend reaching out to Webflow Support — either via email or within the Designer itself within the “Help” icon at the very bottom left corner of the window.

While you wait for a reply, I’d recommend trying to recreate the problem in an incognito window with all extensions disabled to make sure it’s not one of those causing the issue. This is most likely the first suggestion you’ll get from support (unless it’s a known bug) so it’s always a good thing to rule out.
