Want fixed white space at bottom of page

I have a very simple portfolio website. In the desktop view, I would like advice on how to make a 60px bottom margin/border that is always in view when moving the bottom of the browser up. Right now the bottom of the browser goes over the hero image. I want a white border around my hero image top/right/bottom. I do have the 60px margins set for the wrapper and these work for top and right but not bottom. If you set alignment for the image container to X it does create the 60px bottom border but it also goes over the image when you move the browser window up.

I need this to work for only my home page and my individual work pages (linked to under WORK). I don’t need this for tablet or mobile views.

Any suggestions would be welcome. Thank you!
