Video Bug- "Max Challenge Attempts Reached"

Hi everyone! Active WebFlow user for a few years now! Just ran into an odd issue that is limiting our site a ton, and causing a lot of frustrated visitors. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

All of the videos on our Website are currently giving this error “Max challenge attempts exceeded. Please refresh the page to try again!”

This is a brand new error. All of our videos are published on the site via the “Video” element and our Hosting Provider, Streamable.

I’ve confirmed that I could “Embed” the videos with no issue on the video’ side, but we have hundreds and hundreds of them, so that change isn’t feasible. Additionally, the direct video link itself does work. Leading me to believe there’s a WebFlow issue here.

This issue appears to have happened either after the AWS outage the other day, or after updating to our new DNS Records that WebFlow prompted us all to do.

I’ve also uploaded two images. One showing the error message. The other showing what our Browser Logs are showing.

Thank you SO MUCH to anyone who’s able to help out here at all.

Update: It does NOT appear that the Code Embed is a reliable work around upon further testing.

Check the network tab to see if the failing request comes from streamable.com or Webflow’s own media proxy (uploads-ssl.webflow.com). The “Max challenge attempts reached” error is likely from Cloudflare Turnstile (bot-protection) misfiring on embedded resources.
