The normal procedure is to run Lighthouse, review the results, and determine if any actionable fixes can be applied. Performance tuning is complicated stuff. Start with easy things. Do you really need all the different weights of SF Pro font? Can you further optimize images? To determine the impact of scripts you can block them and test. That way you can see what the contribution / impact is. I can easily spend hours tweaking a site to squeeze out the best performance. There is no magic wand. At the end of the day a Webflow site is a vessel for what you include and load and that affects performance.
