I have noticed that my website has been taken down, and I am assuming this may be due to a payment issue. I did not receive a receipt after making the payment on 26th August 2025.
how do i resolve this. the support system is hopeless at this moment i need my site back online.
Check your Billing tab in Webflow settings , if the payment didn’t process, the site auto-unpublishes. I’ve seen this happen when a card expired even after “successful” payment. Re-add the card or update details, then republish.
