Dear Webflow Support,

I hope this message finds you well.

I have noticed that my website has been taken down, and I am assuming this may be due to a payment issue. I did not receive a receipt after making the payment on 26th August 2025.

how do i resolve this. the support system is hopeless at this moment i need my site back online.

The link you shared is running. So not down. Are you having an issue logging in to the designer?

Either way, the forum is not an official support channel. Use https://support.webflow.com/

Check your Billing tab in Webflow settings , if the payment didn’t process, the site auto-unpublishes. I’ve seen this happen when a card expired even after “successful” payment. Re-add the card or update details, then republish.
