Unlinking a symbol is not working for me, please help

Hi! I’m trying to unlink my nav bar and footer so that I can have a different design on my homepage. However, when I click unlink symbol and it turns blu instead of green, so it looks like it’s not a symbol. Still when I edit it it changes on all pages.

Anyone know what I can do to fix this?
