Unable to connect to Webflow – widespread issue?

Hi everyone,

I’ve been experiencing major issues with Webflow since this afternoon.

At the moment, I can’t access the platform at all — whether on Google Chrome or any other browser. I’ve restarted my computer and cleared the cache, but nothing has worked.

Even before the complete outage, I had been running into several problems for hours:

  • 504 gateway timeout errors
  • very long publishing times
  • lag and bugs when switching between pages in the Designer

It’s been going on for over 4 hours now.
Is anyone else experiencing the same issues today?

Update - We are continuing to investigate intermitting issues accessing the Dashboard and Webflow application.

NOT intermittent - full-on broken down on the side of the road!

That’s good timing, I was going to cancel my plan to switch to Shopify (since Webflow isn’t making any effort on that front), but I came at the wrong time and I hope I can cancel my subscription before tomorrow. I don’t want to be charged.
