Dashboard and Designer are loading super slow or not at all

Hi everyone,

Is anyone else experiencing major slowdowns with Webflow today? I’m repeatedly getting 504 Gateway Time-out errors, and the Designer is either freezing on load or taking forever to respond. Everything else on my internet is working fine, so this seems to be isolated to Webflow.

  • Tried different browsers and incognito: same issue
  • Cleared cache and restarted network: no change
  • Other websites and tools are running normally

This is making work impossible right now. Checked status.webflow.com, but no incident is posted at the time of writing.

Would appreciate any updates or suggestions if others are facing this too.

Just checked Webflow status and it says Webflow is investigating this issue. Im currently not able to publish changes in my site - in endless working mode.

Ya it won’t save my progress, won’t publish a site and I keep getting this: 504 Gateway Time-out

Hello @Mark_Web_Dev ,I know you are very frustrated with the slow speed issues on your site, but try to apply the optimization techniques and test, and monitor again and again. Nobody can just achieve the optimized site in a single click, so keep trying. Today I can’t even enter the Dashboard. WTF, I think all important employees went over to Framer :weary_face:

For the second day in a row, I can’t work because Webflow is so slow. I’m losing money, and on top of that, I’m paying for a platform that doesn’t work.

Worked temporarily. Now again nothing works! Slow af and 504 Errors on dashboard and designer. This is now day two I can not work properly and I know y’all too. This is not okay for a tool like this and they should know their responsibility towards millions of hard working people depending on webflow.

Webflow worked for about 30 minutes, then it crashed. I logged back in, and nothing was saved. My code stopped working even though it worked before.

Apparently, the developers are on vacation, because they’re not even posting about the issue on Twitter today.
