Trouble with folder slug and 404s

Hi there,
I’m having trouble with a pesky 404 redirect and I’m not sure how to fix it. I’ve looked at forums and done some tinkering but nothing seems to work.

I’m using landing pages, for example Training, and then a folder to contain any subpages.
So, I change the folder slug to match the page slug, and it works… except for one folder.

No matter what I try, I can’t get /resources/professional-resources or /resources/tools-and-information to work, they just land on 404s.
There aren’t any 301s on the site, I’ve published and republished and cleared my cache and used another browser and I just can’t get it working.

What am I doing wrong?

Here is my site Read-Only: Webflow - den.org.au

A page that works as intended: Brief Intervention Training
A page that doesn’t work: https://den-draft.webflow.io/resources/professional-resources

Thank you in advance!

Hi @Pixiebulb,

Welcome to the forum!

I checked your links and it looks like you have a folder called ‘resources’ with the slug /resources/ but you also have a CMS collection called Resources with the slug /resources/.

Because of this clashing, the site is trying to find a CMS item with the slug professional-resources and tools-and-information

You can see that the CMS URL is working in this example: Questions about Cannabis

It’s up to you how you fix this but for me it would make sense to change the CMS collection slug to resource instead of resources as your collection is showcasing a single resource.
