Hi @Pwek_Kwong, can you share the published webflow.io link? My hunch is that this is caused by your submit button being wrapped in a Link element which may cause conflicting outcome.
This is just preview and in the preview version of any website the submit button don’t work. Please share the published version of your form.

You need to take your button outside of that link block, or it cannot function.
