Submit button not working on form

Hi all,

I have two forms on my home page (one in simple email format, the other a longer form). Neither of them are submitting data (submit button not loading either accept or error states) when inputs are put in. Could anyone help out?

@Paddy_Doran - Welcome. Your submit buttons are wrapped with a link that goes nowhere. Remove those and style your input submit button as you see fit.
