So the renewal process it to contact the support team with specific info, I have done that and they just resolved my issue, I am really confused on how to get my discount renewed. I’m in school for another two years so I was really hoping webflow would help.

To renew your student discount, you’ll need to provide the following documentation:
- A valid student ID with term dates
- Current transcript or class schedule showing term dates
- The name of your Webflow site (must be the same site currently under the discount)
Please note that the student discount is only available for annual CMS Site plans. If you don’t renew your student discount before your current billing cycle ends, your card will be charged the standard rate at the next renewal date.

You’ll need to reapply each year with updated proof of enrollment , usually a current ID or transcript with valid dates tied to your active site plan. Support then reactivates the discount before your billing renews.
