Structure services and locations on one CMS page

Dear all,

For a U.S. client (Mundea) I’m looking to setup the following URL structure using pages and CMS collections:

…/location/state/city/service

I’ve tried to accomplish this by using the multi-reference fields, however I understand you can’t combine it using rich text.

The content isn’t gonna change much from page to page, however I need to incorporate the city names and the offered services. Setup kinda like the All Services page.

I (of course) want to make it as less labor intensive as I can, since we’ll be adding a lot of states/cities over the next few months.

Do you have any suggestions on how to accomplish this?

This type of path can only be accomplished with pages. Collections allow for only the /slug/slug-of-item structure. With a limit of 100 pages you most certainly would run out of pages quickly.
