Static pages Webflow export project

Hi there, I downloaded my Webflow site in .zip but the pages with dynamic content (Projects) do not allow downloading, you can only have them within the CMS.
Webflow recommends that I create static pages, but I have no programming talent for it. Uploading content to my server looks like this: https://johnlamprea.com/2020/ (Projects does not work)
I would like to know if someone could help me and know how much this job would cost.
