Square divs not working when there's any content

Hi,

I’ve been following the instructions in this post https://discourse.webflow.com/t/square-box-in-flexbox/27381, and I can get the 4 equal boxes working fine, but any content I add seems to jumble everything up.

I’ve figured it out–I needed to use background images rather than inserting images as objects.
