Div block different in preview than designer

Hello - I am using a div block on my site, at the bottom of the hero section and it appears how I want it to in the designer but in preview it is entirely different. Any tips on what I’m doing wrong? I am using a div here because I want the background to show though from the section it’s inside of and a container won’t let me do 100% width.

Nevermind, I realized the discrepancy had to do with the background image positioning of the section.
