How do you reach support? My site won´t publish because of different reasons (also saying the connection is not working, but the internet is fine) or dns problems even though I don´t have a custom domain and other things popping up (the project is on a basic free plan just for a portfolio, two sites)?
When I log in it sometimes seems to have deleted the whole project? There is nothing on the dashboard anymore also on another computer … (kind of afraid if I close webflow again the whole site is gone but it has been saved and published before, don´t know what to do)

Same for me. The status board shows “degraded performance”, which is a nice way to spin “not working at all”.

All we can do, unfortunately, is wait for the CMS Manager and such to come back up and keep refreshing until it does. I keep getting “502 Bad Gateway” errors when going to the CMS as well. Thankfully, the sites themselves are still running.
You can subscribe to updates so that you will be notified when things are fixed. There is nothing we can really do but wait for Webflow to figure out what is going on.
It’s frustrating but this is where we are all at.
