I am new to webflow and I am wondering if it’s possible to delegate permission to a website and keep the workspace hidden to the delegated user? I only want the user to see the website he/she will be working on.

Yes.
One way is to set your workspace plan to Growth or Agency,
and have them setup a Freelancer or Agency workspace account
You can then invite them and restrict their access to a specific site.
There are probably also ways to add seats to your own workspace, but I’m uncertain of the permissions capabilities of different workspace levels when it comes to added team members.
