Shipping Rates Not Working

When users try to checkout physical products with a shipping address they’re unable to. They’re not being shown any shipping rates despite the fact they’re defined in our shipping zone settings. We’ve tried adding different shipping zones as well as using the “rest of the world” option - without success.

When filling out the customer details the product itself seems to disappear from the order summary. Has anyone else encountered this bug? It’s very costly as we’re losing sales.

It seems as if the event handlers on the country dropdown aren’t working. As soon as the value is changed everything breaks?
