A client in Europe got a "“No Shipping Methods Available” at check out after entering his address. US seems to be working fine.
Europe is set as a shipping zone, and his country is included. Product is set to require shipping (it works in the US). A Flat-Rate shipping rate is added for Europe
Hello @eurobiker, sorry to hear that you have issues with your e-commerce site, really cool website/brand by the way, unfortunately we can’t access e-commerce settings with just the read-only link, you will have to contact Webflow support so they can take a look at your issue. From what I saw everything is correct on your products collection, and it is confusing why it works in the US and not in Europe. Webflow support, in my experience, works pretty fast so head out to this site Webflow Support Portal fill out the form and someone will contact you within 24 hours. Good Luck!
