How to apply different shipping rates to different products

I’ve created different shipping rates and cannot seem to figure out how to assign the specific shipping rate to the product.

Really scratching my head on this one…

Thanks Josh! I’m mainly looking for a native solution to this. The site is a non-profit, so we dont have much budget to go around.
