Ecommerce Checkout Page Cannot show Shipping Method

Below is my webflow checkout link,
https://www.siuroma.com/checkout

So I found out that by default, when s user lands on the checkout page, there won’t be any shipping method display even if the refill Country dropdown is selected(currently it is Hong Kong).

I have to click the Country dropdown > Select other location > Click back to ‘Hong Kong’
in order to show the shipping address.

Does anyone know how I can solve it?
