Setting site nav to sticky and adding "0" isn't working

I need help getting my navigation bar to stay fixed to the top of each page. I looked through the forum and tried to set the position of my site nav to “sticky” with the “0” setting and also tried to set it to Fixed per these instructions and neither seem to be working. There are a lot of layers to the nav bar (Section, Container, Navbar Wrapper, etc.) and my guess is that I have the wrong combination of settings, but any help would be greatly appreciated. Setting it fixed and some z-index, a Bg-color, you should be good.

Thank you so much! I did that and it worked, but the nav seems to get hidden behind other images when I scroll and the links stop working. Any idea how to fix that? Thanks again!
