When self hosting a site, if I move webflow.js out of /js folder and into a subdirectory as in /vendor/webflow/js/ it stops working. Is there something in the js itself that needs to be updated?

After you moved the asset did you update all paths in the HTML files?
Yes, it’s linking through the footer along with jquery and other js files. Everything loads except this.
Well if it does not load then the path is incorrect.
It was certainly the way it was linking to the files.
