Section Link - Blue Outline (Tablet and Below)

When tapping on a Section Link, the linked section now appears with a blue border on tablet and below devices (tested in Chrome, Firefox and Safari).

This can be simulated from the ‘In this lesson’ links on Webflow’s Section Link tutorial.

Any idea why this is now occurring, and a possible workaround. It appears to be limited to sites created in Webflow.
