"Scroll Into View", On Same Classes All Load At Once, NOT When Each Scrolls Into View

As mentioned above, I have “Scroll into View” selected for the actions of a class (all of my SELECTED WORK boxes as they load in). It appears to work, but only on the very first “Scroll into view” item…not all of them separately as they scroll in.

Any thoughts what I’m messing up?
