Rich Text Block - Can't delete, copy or paste elements in the block - Just deletes the whole RTE

I’m using a rich text block that came as a sample with a template I’m trying to delete a div block video element in the RTE but if I delete the element it just deletes the whole RTE block. I have tried clicking on the div block item in the navigation menu same result.

Deleting any element nested in an RTE will delete the whole rich text element. To delete any of the RTE contents, activate the RTE by clicking inside the element, then select and delete the content.
