Can't edit within a rich text block

For some reason I can’t edit within the Rich Text Blocks on my site in the designer.

I made a 1-minute video demonstrating the problem here: Design Responsive Websites - Webflow

This issue happens on any of the RTB’s on any of the “Items” within the “Ideas” CMS collection page. The “Item” I demonstrate the problem on in the video is called “My Views On Philosophy.”

Any help or insight would be appreciated.

@Chuck_Braman - You can only edit the contents of a collection item RTB with the editor, or by editing the collection item field content (not on the template page).
