Reveal text on hoover image

Dear fellow Webflow users,

I want to achieve something in Webflow but I don’t know how to get it working.
If you have a look at the following webpage

When you hover over the food images, you get a plain background with text in it.
I’m try,g to get the same result in Webflow, but I can’t figure it out how to.
