Reveal Image on Text hover

Hello everyone

So I have some difficulties. I’m working on my portfolio website. I want to have different “text triggers”. In a first step they should reveal a teaser of my project by hovering over the text an image should be displayed. And in the second step you could click on the text to go to the project site.

Can anybody please tell me how I can achieve this.
