[RESOLVED] Cannot place element inside navbar symbol

When trying to place an element inside a symbol that is a navbar component an error appears stating: “something went wrong while trying to save your site please contact webflow support”, and then the element gets “stuck” on my cursor and I cannot click to place it anywhere. You must refresh the designer to get it working again, and can only place an element inside the navbar if you unlink it from the symbol first.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for providing all this information!

We are still working on resolving this one but hope to have a solution soon.

I’ll post back here as soon as I have more information!

Just pushed a fix for this.

Can you please check refresh the Designer to see if the issue has been fixed?
