Randomize a CMS collection on-click

I want a button to randomize the CMS on-click, like this site: Dummy / Fake Credit Card Generator 💳

There was another thread on this that explained to do the randomization in Java Script (since webflow randomizes every 12 hours) to display one at a time. Does anyone have any tips?
