Purchase confirmation email notification routing

Hello. We are about to launch a simple Webflow ecommerce site for a small A&R company in the music business, and I am having trouble figuring out how to route purchase notifications. What I mean by this is, where can I select who is notified when an order comes in? Is it just the store owner? Which by default is me since I created and own the Webflow account?

If this is the case, then that seems silly.

If so, how can I change this email on a single site without having it change across all my sites?

If not, is there another way to route these emails to make sure the client (not me) is notified when an order comes in? Is this something I need to do through the client billing portal?

Thanks in advance for some kind of direction here as we are trying to take the store live ASAP.
