Hi, just published my new page northerngrey.com. Everything is good on the domain owner side (they have confirmed that everything is working and set up properly,), and in webflow things seems to be good as well. I have attached the chrome image, and how it looks inside of webflow. The last image is the answer from the domain owner, who tells me that webflow is sending me in a loop.
I have other pages on webflow and with the same owner, and they work fine.
If you need to host your domain at its root domain (the non-www version of your site), you’ll need to use CNAME flattening to set the root domain as the default domain.
If you don’t need to host your site on its root and are fine hosting it at its subdomain (the www version of the site), go into your hosting settings, and switch the default domain to the www version of your site, republish, and that should fix the too many redirects loop.
Please let me know if this helped solve the issue. Thank you!
I used to have similar problems, especially with GoDaddy DNS. Essentially the problem was with the default domain that was set. You need to use the domain with www. in it and that should solve the issue. If not, then it might be a more deep rooted problem. We wrote a detailed guide, explaining how to fix the “Too Many Redirects” Error in Webflow. I hope you find it somewhat helpful!
