Hello,
I’m looking for someone to hire to create a highly customizable product configurator for our e-commerce business. Please let me know if you can point me in the right direction!
Hi,
I found a tool that really helps me allowing my customers to configure my products as they want. You might find interesting to check out. It’s very powerful and you can embed on any website. Oh, and you don’t need any coding skills! It’s called ConvertCalculator and you can start for free.
Is it option-based where you start from a base model and add extra features, or customize a set of properties (e.g. red or green lights - default is white light) ?
Or is it more like tailor your own product from scratch? Like you can choose dimensions, shapes, etc?
In case of option based starting from 1 base model that is always the same; it shouldnt be that complicated:
BASE MODEL
[category add-ons]
etc…
In that case, it’s just a form with some cool styling and interactions.
Hi @Ozone,
I’ve been doing a bit of research on product configurators in Webflow and so far yours has definitely been the most helpful. I’m trying to create a page identical to Apples product customization page. I figured I’d have to create a new product for every different variation of my product. Building a matrix isn’t too complicated but it’ll definitely take quite a bit of time. However, you brought up being able to simply do this in a form which intrigued me. Could you expand on how you’d do it?
To anyone interested, @foxy was able to help us accomplish what we needed. Definitely check them out!
