Pass form data to third party application

I’m looking to integrate a webflow form with a 3rd party application. What options are available for that? I need to take the form data and pass to 3rd party app.

Any recommended way? Can I call a web service from a webflow form?

Thank you for the suggestions. The 3rd party application is not available Zapier. Is it possible to post the form to a custom url? I can create a page that will parse that data and send to the 3rd party application.
