Hello, I have submitted a few support tickets but wanted to try here. I purchased a premium template and although they designers are still listed - they have either closed or are no longer providing support for their templates.
I purchased a Fouroom Template: https://webflow.com/templates/designers/fouroom
and after trying to make some edits, I kept running into issues not able to implement my minor edits. I reached out to the email that is listed: rs@rustam.co - and got a bounce back email. Their website that Webflow has listed: http://fouroom.co/ gets redirected to a unsecure site for baseline and has not been updated over a year.
I’m really having a hard time with the idea that I paid $149 for a template under the idea that they would be able to provide support if needed. Has anyone else had this issue??
