I have removed all code from this page and just left one section and it still show the black page for a few seconds Refer a Provider to HCLT, also removed site wide code. this happens on almost all pages(not on the home page). what could be causing this behavior?

This definitely looks like the code thats affecting the loading but I have no idea where it is. I’ve erased all code from the site settings and page settings.
Found where the code was, it was part of the Google Optimize integrations. when I removed that integration the blank loading screen was gone. thank you very much @PixelGeek!
