Some of my published website cant be scrolled down.
3-4 hours ago i didn’t have this kind of problem. But now, when i publish some of my website like http://cakratenda.webflow.io/ and http://navatari-alpha2.webflow.io/ , They can’t be scrolled down at all. I’ve tested on another device and browser too and they still can’t be scrolled down. even i tried to export the code and upload them on my own website, still no change.
Again, did I make a mistake or webflow is just buggy?
My Chrome Version 44.0.2403.81 beta (64-bit).
I’m starting to like to use webflow. But it stressed me out if this thing can’t be reliable. Im working on my client website,
Hi @Sarahnurbaiti, thanks for your report. On the second issue, with the pages not scrolling, I would check that you have the Overflow style on the Body set to Visible. I would check that first
Ah, thanks Dave. Seems that i haven’t fully understand the overflow mechanic yet.
On the first issue, I believe I did that already.
“…It works like a charm on my website https://goo.gl/lfwMWJ, But the second time I recreate that style on Webflow - Cakra Tenda, that doesn’t works…”
Hi Sarah, is it possible for you to share your read-only link? That way I can take a look at it It may be that the Load Content interaction you have on the body, is affecting the Fixed Navbar interaction.
In cases like this, I would test it out, by temporarily disabling the interaction on the body, then preview to see if the interaction on the fixed navbar works.
If you post the link to your site, I can see better Cheers,
Dave
Hi Sarah ! Oh sorry, I thought those were some other links and I was going to look those after opening the site all is well sounds like the issue is getting narrowed down at least, I am going to take a look
Hi @Sarahnurbaiti, thanks for your patience. Well, I have good news and bad news.
The bad news is that the fixed navbar interaction is not going to work while you have applied a Move interaction on the body element. We recommend not to put transitions or interactions on the body, simply because strange things can happen, like this.
The good news is that the opacity changes in that Load Content interaction do not affect the Fixed Navbar interaction, all you have to do is to remove the move action in the initial appearance on the load content interaction, and remove the move to origin action as well, and keep the opacity changes, those will work ok
I hope this helps. If not, please let me know – I’m happy to assist further! Cheers, Dave
