Not to show related youtube videos

When I am generating an embed video link on youtube, I have the option not to “Show suggested videos when the video finishes”. How do I do that with the built-in Video element?

Instead of adding:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zQDhth52zxo

put &rel=0 at the end of your YouTube URL

example:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zQDhth52zxo&rel=0
