Not allowed to publish blog post

I created the blog post template in the CMS and then have a blog page. I created 5 dummy posts and then threw in some quick content. I am now going back and filling out the posts, all went well with the first post. The second post it doesn’t allow me to publish just stage. I added an image in the middle of the article in the post body area. Is this why?

I deleted the image and it still only lets me save post not publish.

I figured it out. I have two instances of the site. One I built before I bought hosting and the hosted on is a different URL. Somehow these are both interconnected and both have to be published or there becomes an error and you are not allowed to publish posts from the CMS. This seems like a bug to me or just wrong. Very confusing at the very least.
