Hello,
I run a software-as-a-service company that sells reports that assess the financial health of businesses.
Currently, we use typeform to transact with our customers. This works in 2 ways:
-
Our customers use typeform to order a report from us and give us some details about the assessment including who we need to assess
-
We then use a second typeform to reach out to the company we are assessing to get the information we need from them to create the assessment
I’m looking to make this process more robust and professional by creating a ‘customer portal’ for our customers & also the businesses we are assessing.
The functionality we would require includes:
OUR CUSTOMERS
- Branded login/authentication
- A place for our customers to order a new report. This must integrate with typeform so we can embed the typeform into the portal to collect the assessment requirements when someone orders a new report
- The ability to upload a new PDF report to the portal so our customers can download it. Ideally, we’d want to automate this using code
- An ‘archive’ where our customers can see old reports
- Notifications/emails when a new report is ready to be downloaded
- Branded to our company
THE COMPANIES WE ASSESS
- Branded login/authentication
- A place for these businesses to respond to an assessment request and share with us the required information (must be able to embed typeform to share the data with us)
- A place for these businesses to see a history of their requests
- Notifications/emails when a new request has come in to be assessed
- Branded to our company
We could go down the path of building this internally with our developers, however we are following lean methodology principals and would prefer to explore faster and cheaper alternatives first.
It doesn’t necessarily have to integrate with webflow as we can have a login. button in webflow and re-direct to an external URL.
Any help would be great. Thanks
