Nav Links and how to remove Hover States on items

I have a website, here is the read only link

How can I change the red colour in the nav links copy to another colour?
How can I remove the hover state on the boxes under “services” on my homepage, I would like it to have the title, sub title and link always on show and so you don’t have to hover over to see the details

Select the “Navigation Link” then top right you will see states, drop down box will then show “hover” simply select and change the text colour.

Thanks Matty, much appreciated. Any idea how I can remove the dynamic hover effect on the “services” items on my homepage, I would just like it to be a static image with text and link
